Throwback Thursday: Devastating floods of 1983.
Daniel found this link today and I thought it was worth sharing. We had crazy amounts of water in our normally almost dry river today. The banks were overflowing when we walked to see it this afternoon!
I totally remember that! I was in 6th grade at Tortolita…but Tortolita wasn’t finished being built yet so we went to Marana Middle School and shared the campus. I remember the busses couldn’t get out. It was a mess!
